Thanks a lot for your prompt and personal response, I must say I am extremely impressed with this outstanding gesture of customer service.

As I mentioned below, until the Looftlighter stopped working I was very pleased with it and all of my friends have been admiring it. (before I bought the Looflighter I used to use my wife's hairdryer to speed up the coal preparation process so she was also very happy when I bought the Looftlighter)

I think you have invented a wonderfully simple but very effective tool and I wish you much success in the marketing and sale of it. Hopefully I can get this situation resolved quickly and then I shall look forward to many happy years of using the Loftlighter.

The olive shawl is in my possession since yesterday.

The colour couldn't be better. In actual fact, the colour that we can see on the general display is correct ; if we enlarge the picture of the shawl, then the colour displayed on a flat screen is brighter than the real colour.

The shawl is totally perfect: I am delighted.

Hi Paul and Caroline,

Just had to let you know how delighted I was with the "duck egg" colour scarf that arrived today. You know I am a regular customer - but I have to say this must be the most gorgeous colour I've ever bought from you. I can see why it would be popular. But colour aside, it was also the softest 100% pash I've had yet; and at this stage I only buy 100% unless its a gift for someone (I think most people seem to go for 70/30) and happily this gorgeous item was for me!

Its just too beautiful, my only regret is that I didn't order a larger one, but thats for the next colour...
