Signing For
We recommend that you always sign for goods as 'unchecked'. Otherwise faulty/damaged goods can not be returned.

We accept debit or credit cards through our secure online payment services. (Worldpay and Paypal).
Product Description
We have taken a great deal of care to make sure our product
information is accurate. However, discrepancies can occur. Please contact us if anything looks unusual.
Availability
We don't like to disappoint, so we try to maintain a high
level of stock and when you place an order we'll tell
you when it will be dispatched. But despite our best efforts,
sometimes demand takes us by surprise and items become unavailable.
If this is the case we will tell you as soon as possible.
Delivery
Delivery is free in the UK. Your item will usually arrive the next day. If you order before midday,
we will usually dispatch your orde the same day.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund the customer without warning and for any reason.
Returns
You can return your purchase to us within 14 days for a full refund or to exchange it for another item. Please contact us first.
The customer is responsible for all the cost of returning the goods.
Refunds
We can refund you in full if you return or cancel your order. We can not refund more than the total cost of the order.

Warranty
Your order is under warranty for One Year from date of delivery. During this time if your product proves to be defective we will, at our own discretion, replace it for you. You must send us a photo of the fault, and we shall pass this on to the manufacturer. All decisions are final.
In the event of an item not working/ceasing to work (within the Warranty Year) and where a photo will not show the problem, please return the item to us with a Returns Slip (printable from our site, or email us for one.) We will send a replacement and refund you your return postage costs if the item is indeed faulty.
Taking Delivery Of Your Order
Please be aware that if your order arrives damaged, the packaging is damaged, or if you suspect it is damaged in any way, please sign for as 'Damaged' with the courier.
If you don't have time to inspect your order, please sign for as 'Unchecked'.
We can only claim on your behalf for a damaged delivery if you sign for as 'Damaged' or 'Unchecked'. If this is done we should have a replacement out to you shortly.
We have 24 hours from time of delivery in which to file claims with couriers. We realise that this is a very short window in which to contact us, but any damaged deliveries reported after this time will be treated at our discretion.
Please phone us on 0208 123 557 to report damaged deliveries, as emails may not arrive in time, and are therefore not sufficient for a claim.
Please keep the original packaging until you are sure you are going to keep the product
